Here at GoCloud, we live in the cloud. We fully embrace the cloud computing model, with our entire infrastructure from servers through to financial packages and word processors living in the cloud. We are excited about cloud computing and how it is rapidly changing the way business thinks about and utilises IT, as well as the environmental and economic benefits that it brings. More to the point, cloud computing provides our employees with the tools they need to work from anywhere they want, whenever they want.

Our approach to our clients, prospective or current, is to gain a deep understanding of their business, maintain regular contact and ensure that they are made to feel valued. We realise that without happy clients our business would not grow or succeed, and we place customer service at the very top of our priority list. GoCloud is based in Brisbane’s Fortitude Valley and was founded as a result of our experience in being forced to take a hands-on approach to rolling out some major cloud based projects for SME’s based in Brisbane. We quickly realised that none of the companies with the knowledge and expertise in the market of transitioning to the cloud were properly focusing on startup and SME’s and that this needed to be seriously addressed if cloud computing was to be implemented successfully.
